Videos Won't Play or Are Choppy

A network with limited bandwidth may not want to let you watch our videos. Please check your connection to make sure you are using Wi-Fi. If that doesn’t solve the problem, please let us know: info@thefamilyroom.biz.

Videos Are Out of Sync

Sometimes during a shared experience, the videos will play a little faster or slower on one device. If the videos become out of sync, try pausing playback to resync. If that doesn't work, you may need to hang up and try it again. Happening too often? Let us know at info@thefamilyroom.biz.


My Child Can’t See the Same Videos I Can

We did this on purpose. Content in your Family Room is organized by age, but you can override our recommendations. Just choose the videos that are age appropriate for your child with using the drop-down menus at the top of the Watch section. ​
