First, check your internet connection. Remember, Wi-Fi is better than dial-up.
If you are connected and still have trouble downloading a book, try restarting the application by using the Logout button. You will be prompted to log in again.
If that doesn’t fix the issue, we can and delete the cache and data of the app. Email us at email@example.com, and we’ll walk you through it.
If that still doesn’t work, install the app again and start over.
