Can’t Download a Book

  • First, check your internet connection. Remember, Wi-Fi is better than dial-up.

  • If you are connected and still have trouble downloading a book, try restarting the application by using the Logout button. You will be prompted to log in again.

  • If that doesn’t fix the issue, we can and delete the cache and data of the app. Email us at info@thefamilyroom.biz, and we’ll walk you through it.

  • If that still doesn’t work, install the app again and start over.


My Child Can’t See the Same Books I Can

  • We did this on purpose. Content in your Family Room is organized by age, but you can override our recommendations. Just choose the books that are age appropriate for your child with using the drop-down menus at the top of the Read section.
